Nature's Blends Round Silicone Cupping Cup - Size 2 is a Size 2 round silicone cupping cup, crafted from premium BPA-free, latex-free medical-grade silicone. The flexible silicone construction allows pump-free operation — simply squeeze to compress, place on the skin and release to create suction. No flame, no pump and no heat required. How to Use

Apply a small amount of massage oil or lotion to the skin for sliding cupping, or use dry for stationary cupping. Squeeze the cup to compress it, place on the skin and release — suction will form automatically. For massage cupping, move the cup in long strokes along the muscle. Leave stationary for 5–15 minutes. Remove by squeezing the sides to break the seal.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with warm soapy water after each use. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Can be sterilised with mild medical-grade disinfectant.
