Nature's Blends IASTM Glider Tool | Stainless Steel is a medical-grade 316L stainless steel IASTM tool with a broad, flat design optimised for treating large muscle groups with long gliding strokes. The wide, bevelled working surface covers a greater surface area per stroke, making it ideal for the thoracic spine, hamstrings, quadriceps, calves and other large, flat muscle surfaces. How to Use

Apply therapeutic lubricant to the treatment area. Hold the tool firmly and glide the broad edge along the muscle with moderate, consistent pressure in the direction of the muscle fibre. Scan for areas of increased resistance, then apply treatment strokes at the identified sites. Follow with stretching or exercise as appropriate.
